These Legal Forms are created in both MS Word & Word Perfect. Programs used by most every firm, paralegal and secretary. The forms are set up in Word & Word Perfect to look exactly like the state forms and perform math as well as redundant entry, saving you time and money! There are several groupings depending on the probate case you are working on that allow redundant information to be automatically filled in across an array of forms reducing your time to complete them. You may alter the forms if need be but with the caution to maintain the forms within the state guidelines.
We are sent updates by the SCAO periodically and frequently check the state and other sites to keep the forms up to date. To that end we offer you several options to keep you as up to date as you see fit for your needs.
Annual updates: This option gives you a disk of all the forms that have been updated during the year. The annual option is offered for either December or June. These are approximate dates as they are dependent on the states timetable. This option is offered for $39.95 / year with tax, S&H.
Continuous updates: Recommended for firms that wish to maintain the most up to date status. With this option you receive email updates as we receive and complete the updated forms. This option is offered for $59.95 / year with tax & NO S&H.
